This bathroom had a separate sink open to the primary bedroom, the shower stall was very narrow + an old jacuzzi tub that had only been used once since the 90's! We took that extra sink space + incorporated it into a double vanity. The narrow shower stall became a linen closet + the old jacuzzi became a focal point of tile + glass shower more than double the size of the old one!

Rough in's pretty much dictate where everything is going to be located but it's a huge value add to have that guest bath in the basement! After living in their homes for a few years, a few customers were ready to utilize their unfinished basement square footage + we were thrilled to assist!

This home had a single 10'x12' dated bathroom + a family in need of two bathrooms on the main level. We added a divider wall to still get the most useable space for each bath. On one side - a jacuzzi tub was removed with a standard tub + tile shower installed for the kid's bathroom. On the other side - a large focal point shower, updated vanity + unique floor tile layout made for a beautiful primary bath!
